R E D L O B S T E R B I S C U I T S 2 cups Bisquick 2/3 cups milk 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 2 t. parsley flakes topping: 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 t. garlic powder Mix the Bisquick, milk and cheese together to make a soft ball. Drop onto a baking stone and bake 8-10 minutes at 400 degrees. When done brush with the garlic butter mixture.

(These are the best Blueberry Muffins that I have ever had. They come from a little Bed and Breakfast on the east coast.) B L U E B E R R Y M U F F I N S 1/2 cup soft butter 2 large eggs 1 1/2 t. vanilla 2 cups flour 1/2 t. salt 1 cup sour cream 2 cups blueberries 3/4 cups sugar Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs, 1 at a time. Sift together flour, soda, and salt; stir into butter mixture. Add sour cream. Mix well; fold in sugar. Put into muffin pans and sprinkle with a little sugar. Bake at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes.
