1Lb. ground turkey or ground turkey sausage --if using plain ground turkey cook with 1/4 teaspoon each salt & pepper 1/2 chopped onion 1 3oz. package cream cheese 1 package (10) refrigerated biscuits 1 egg 1 cup cottage cheese 1 Tablespoon flour Chopped tomato (optional) Snipped chives (optional) In a skillet brown turkey and onion. Drain fat. Stir in cream cheese till combined and creamy. Set aside. For crust, lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate. Separate biscuits and arrange in plate, pressing to flatten and cover bottom and up sides. Spoon turkey mixture into shell evenly. In a blender combine egg, cottage cheese, and flour. Spoon over turkey mixture. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 oven for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. P A R M E S A N C H I C K E N S A N D W I C H 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts 4 slices bread 1/2 C finely chopped fresh parsley 1/2 C grated parmesan cheese 3 Tbs. garlic salt melted butter Spaghetti or marinara sauce Mozzarella cheese Sourdough bread In a blender, blend one slice bread at a time, after each slice put the crumbs in a bowl and do the next slice. Afterwards put parsley in blender and blend until chopped very small. Add to the crumbs. Add the rest of the ingredients except butter. Mix and set aside. Cut chicken into strips and dip into melted butter. Roll chicken in the bread crumb mixture. Arrange on foil lined cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Cook at 350 for aprox. 20 min. or until done. Spread butter on both sides of two pieces of sourdough bread. Grill in a frying pan until light brown on both sides. Slice chicken strips in half and put on bread. Cover with sauce and cheese. Microwave or broil until cheese and sauce are hot. Enjoy!
